the room was quite spacious and rather comfortable. the closet provided lots of space. (i really appreciated this)

there were no slippers or bathrobes in my room, unexpected. i was also asked to leave a deposit to use the spa.

The breakfast service was acceptable. People in the restaurant were nice. The service was good.

I did NOT appreciate the air conditioning. The hotel advertises individual AC controls. That turned out to be misleading. I found our room to be 27°C at 2 a.m., unbearably hot. Staff claimed there was a European law requiring hotel rooms to be kept at 27°C, not true.
